Terms of Service

PayloadIQ is a developer productivity tool that helps you understand, generate, and validate API payloads. It provides browser-local JSON transformation, schema quality scoring, and code generation tools.

PayloadIQ is designed for developers and technical users. It is not a legal, financial, or medical service.

All generated code, schemas, types, and analysis produced by PayloadIQ are provided for convenience and should be reviewed by the developer before use in production.

PayloadIQ makes no guarantee that generated output is correct, complete, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. Generated code may require adjustment for your specific use case, framework, or environment.

You are responsible for verifying and testing any output before deploying it.

The Pro Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants access to Pro features on up to 3 devices simultaneously.

• The license is personal and non-transferable.
• Each purchase includes a license key delivered by email.
• You can restore Pro access on a new device using your purchase email via the Magic Link flow.
• Pro access includes all features available at the time of purchase plus future Pro tools added to the platform.
• The 3-device limit is enforced per active session. Activating a 4th device will require deactivating an existing one.

Current pricing: €49 / ~$49 (one-time).

Prices are listed in EUR. A USD approximate equivalent is shown for reference; payment is processed in EUR.

Prices include VAT where applicable. ICS4BIZ & IT SRL (VAT RO40871194) is the merchant of record. VAT treatment depends on your location and status; consult your accountant if in doubt.

RON (Romanian Leu) pricing via Revolut may be added in a future update when that payment flow is fully configured and tested.

We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if the license has not been activated on any device.

To request a refund, contact support@payloadiq.dev with your purchase email and order reference.

Activated licenses are generally non-refundable. If you have a specific issue, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Payments are processed by Stripe and, where available, Revolut. PayloadIQ does not store payment card details. Refund and dispute processes are subject to the respective payment provider's terms.

You may use PayloadIQ for personal and commercial projects. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the service or generated output as a standalone product.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, license checks, or payment flows.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

PayloadIQ is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Pro users of significant changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
